Returns & Exchanges***
At ChristysWigs.com customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or refund the item. Please ship the item back with the return/exchange form included within 14 business days of receipt.
· Items must be sent back within 14 business days of receipt in new condition, new means: exactly the way you received it.
· Product has only been tried on, but Product has not been worn**
· The hair or structure is not damaged, altered or cut.
· The tags are attached, cardboard supports and net (if any) are present and undamaged.
· No perfume, cigarette or other odors are present.
· The retail box does not have creases, splits or damage of any kind.
· The logo tissue paper is not torn, soiled, or excessively crinkled.
· Refund amount will be calculated based on return item cost only. Shipping fees for returns are to be paid by the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
· Promotional items of the product being returned must also be sent back; otherwise retail value will be charged.
· Discounts from promotions and expedited shipping fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
**Definitions of TRIED ON: to put on a product in order to test the fit, color or style. Definition of WORN: Anything longer than to put on a product in order to test the fit, color or style.
***Please respect that products that have been worn/used and/or do not meet the above conditions are no longer new and CAN NOT be returned. Wigs are beauty products and once used cannot be resold or sent back to our vendors. Items that do not meet these criteria will can either be sent back to you at your cost or we can charge a 30% fee.
All the items we sell are in new and unworn condition. Therefore, we have 2 refund options in place:
· 100% Refund as store credit*. Store credit does not expire and you may apply it towards future purchases at any time. Only a registered account is required.
· Refund to original payment method with a 15% restocking fee*. Original shipping is non-refundable. Note that every item returned is carefully received, examined, and shipped back to our vendors with significant time and costs involved.
Once the item is received in our facility, allow up to 2-3 business days for an email confirmation of the refund status.
Free Ground Shipping for domestic exchange orders!*
1. 1. Call us at 800-560-1110 or place a new order online. Reference your order number in the comment area on the shipping/billing info page.
2. 2. When we process the new order, we will waive the domestic ground shipping.
3. 3. An email confirmation will be sent to you once we receive your return item.
NOTE: Exchanges must be of equal or greater value. Coupon codes, promotions or gift certificates received are non-transferable to the new exchange order.
NOTE: Your first exchange is free, however, the second and any further exchanges will have a 10% restocking fee. Please respect that we pay restocking fees for each of the returns back to our vendors, which includes considerable time and cost involved.
Color Ring Exchange Process
1. Phone in your NEW order or place it online once you have selected your preferred color. Reference your original color ring order number during checkout. **
2. When we process the new order, we will waive the domestic ground shipping.
3. Once we have received the color ring, you will be refunded the cost of the color ring only.
After we have received the exchange item/color ring, allow up to 2-3 business days for an email confirmation of the refund status.
**All color rings are accessories, if no new wig or extension selection is chosen the color ring will be a final sale.
The day your item ships you will receive a shipment confirmation via email with tracking information (these emails are sent at end of day in the evening). It will provide you with a link to follow your packages transit progress to its shipment destination. If you have any questions you can contact us.
International Credit Card Verification
For international clients, please advise that we verify all international credit cards used and international credit cards without support for electronic verification may incur an extra 3-5 business day verification delay.
To bypass this period and have your package shipped out efficiently, we recommend that you pay with Paypal. If you do not have a Paypal account you can make one at paypal.com.
Country Customs & Duties Fees
Shipping charges do not include international taxes or duties. We recommend that you contact your local customs office to request the details of these charges. If you decide to refuse any shipments from ChristysWigs.com, you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to ChristysWigs.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. ChristysWigs.com has made every effort to minimize the shipping costs and does not profit from these rates. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. If you have any shipping and handling questions or comments please contact us.
Order Cancellations & Modifications
All order cancellations must be requested before 10 AM PST of the following day, otherwise an order cancellation charge of 15% will apply. To request an order cancellation, contact us.
Why do we charge a cancellation fee?
Although we stock thousands of different wigs, some items may need to be special ordered from the manufacturer to fulfill your order. Our wig manufacturers do not allow us to return these items back to them, so in effect Christy’s Wigs absorbs the full cost of the wig in the case of a cancellation. Therefore, to minimize these costs and maintain our standard of excellent prices, we charge a 15% cancellation fee.
Refused packages will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and any applicable shipping charges. Undeliverable packages will be subject to reshipping charges.
Orders that have already been placed with previous promotions are not eligible for current promotions.
Out Of Stock & Backordered Items
In the case that a purchased item is out of stock, we will send you an email. If your order contains multiple items, we may ship your order partially to expedite your order and give you the option to backorder, substitute or cancel the unshipped items. No partial shipping for international orders. We will provide you with an estimated arrival date if one is available.
Yes! At ChristysWigs.com, we pride ourselves on providing not only the best selection of wigs available, but also our competitive prices. Thus, if you find any item at a lower price either before your purchase or within 10 days of your purchase, we will match the competitor website price.
· The competitor must be an authorized retailer advertising the identical product on a USA website. (We do not match email price quotes or print catalogs) We reserve the right to exclude certain sites from this program.
· Price match requests for an item you have already purchased must be submitted within ten (10) days from the original date of purchase at ChristysWigs.com.
· Since we only sell new, unopened items, we will not match competitors' clearance sales, special offers, coupon rebates, or prices on used / damaged / open-box items.
· Price match does not apply to costume wigs or wig care accessories.
· Price match cannot be combined with other ChristysWigs.com promotions, discounts, coupons, etc.
· All sales final on price matched items. No exchanges allowed.

Damaged & Missing Items
Claims for damaged items or discrepancies (for example: missing items in your order) must be submitted within 24-48 hours of order receipt. Contact Customer Care and please retain all packaging material in case an inspection is necessary.
Any damages claimed after a month of receipt of the product is considered regular wear and tear.
Our website is available for ordering 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. However, our diligent staff does observe the following holidays for 2018:
